The study aims to examine the impact of leadership from two perspectives: effective leadership from an organizational viewpoint and effective leadership within groups, specifically the units close to the leader and those farther from the leader, on organizational commitment across its three dimensions: emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. The sample consists of 200 teachers from various faculties at Ammar Thelidji University in Laghouat. To achieve the study's objectives, a model was developed based on previous research. Statistical analysis focused on structural equation modeling and least squares estimation was employed. The study found several significant results, notably: a statistically significant partial effect between leadership, using the Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) model, and organizational commitment. Additionally, the study revealed a statistically significant impact of both leadership dimensions on emotional commitment, with a greater influence on emotional commitment compared to continuance and normative commitments.en_US
