| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to determine the extent to which the quality of service provided through the Baridi Mob application contributes to achieving customer satisfaction at Algeria Post in Ouargla. This was accomplished by assessing customers’ opinions when using the Baridi Mob application. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was designed as a measurement tool. A total of 97 questionnaires were distributed, of which 70 were valid for statistical analysis, using the SPSS statistical software package to test the study’s hypotheses. The study reached several key findings, most notably: Baridi Mob application users are satisfied with the quality of services provided. Furthermore, the study found a positive relationship between the quality of service provided and the use of the Baridi Mob application in achieving customer satisfaction, as well as a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of service quality and the use of the Baridi Mob application on customer satisfaction | en_US |
