أثر البرنامج التقديري للواردات على تقليص فاتورة الإستيراد دراسة حالة شركة SARL DML PRO بالجزائر العاصمة 2023-2026

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أثر البرنامج التقديري للواردات في تقليص فاتورة الاستيراد باعتبارها مؤشرًا مهمًا على تبعية الاقتصاد الوطني للخارج. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لدراسة آلية تطبيق البرنامج وتحليل نتائجه من خلال دراسة حالة. وتوصلت إلى أن البرنامج ساهم نسبيًا في ترشيد عمليات الاستيراد وتقليص الفاتورة، غير أن فعاليته بقيت محدودة بسبب ضعف الإنتاج المحلي وبعض الاختلالات في السوق. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم الإنتاج الوطني وتحسين آليات تطبيق البرنامج لتحقيق التوازن بين تقليص الواردات وتلبية حاجيات السوق المحلية.

This study summarizes the impact of the import quota program on reducing the import bill, considering it an important indicator of the national economy’s dependence on foreign markets. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach to examine the implementation mechanism of the program and analyze its results through a case study. The findings showed that the program contributed relatively to rationalizing import operations and reducing the import bill. However, its effectiveness remained limited due to weak local production and certain market imbalances. The study recommended supporting national production and improving the implementation mechanisms of the program in order to achieve a balance between reducing imports and meeting the needs of the local market.In light of these findings, the study recommends supporting national production and improving the implementation mechanism of the program in a way that achieves a balance between reducing imports and meeting the needs of the local market.
