التقييم العيادي للانتباه الانتقائي للأطفال المصابين الإعاقة الحركية العصبية (IMC) دراســـــة عياديـــــة لـ 03 أطفـــــال مصابيــــن بشـــلل دمــــــــاغي (IMC)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تقييم الانتباه الانتقائي لدى عينة من الأطفال المصابين بالإعاقة الحركية العصبية (شلل دماغي) بثلاثة مراكز بولاية توقرت، وللإجابة على التساؤل التالي: ماهي طبيعة مظاهر الانتباه الانتقائي للأطفال المصابين بالإعاقة الحركية العصبية؟ تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة حالة وتم اختيار عينة متمثلة من ثلاثة أطفال يعانون من إعاقة حركية عصبية (IMC) وبعد تطبيق اختبار STROOP لانتباه الانتقائي على أفراد العينة، تم التوصل الى النتيجة التالية: يعاني الأطفال المصابين بالإعاقة الحركية العصبية (IMC) من ضعف شديد في الانتباه الانتقائي كما يعاني الأطفال المصابين بإعاقة حركية عصبية من اضطراب في الاداء أثناء الانتباه الانتقائي.This study aimed to assess selective attention in a sample of children with neuromotor disability (cerebral palsy) at three centers in the Wilaya of Touggourt. The study sought to answer the following question: What are the characteristics of selective attention in children with neuromotor disability? A clinical case study approach was used, and a representative sample of three children with neuromotor disability (IMC) was selected. After administering the STROOP test of selective attention to the sample, the following results were obtained: Children with neuromotor disability (IMC) exhibit significant impairment in selective attention and also experience performance difficulties during selective attention exercises
