Antibiotic resistance is one of the most difficult challenges facing the scientific community due to its seriousness and continuous development. Therefore, finding alternative solutions to antibiotics has become important. This paper focused on studying the epidemiological situation of drug-resistant bacteria and testing the sensitivity of compounds of two date kernel varieties (Ali and Rashid, and Tinisiin) based on three protocols using two solvents, 70% ethanol and DMSO. The study concluded that it has an effectiveness on some resistant bacterial strains, most notably Staphylococcus aureus.
