Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الشفاء لطب وجراحة الأسنان ) بولاية ورقلة لسنة (2026)، كما نسعى كذلك لمعرفة الفروق لدى عينة الدراسة في مستوى الصلابة النفسية باختلاف (الجنس، الوظيفة، نوع قطاع العمل )، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة (56) من عمال مستشفى محمد بوضياف وعيادة الشفاء لطب وجراحة الأسنان بولاية ورقلة وقد تم انتقائهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية مرتفع ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الشفاء لطب وجراحة الأسنان بمدينة ورقلة). لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة (طبيب، ممرض، اداري، عامل متعدد الخدمات) لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الشفاء بمدينة ورقلة). لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغير نوع قطاع العمل (عام / خاص) لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية (مستشفى محمد بوضياف، عيادة الشفاء بمدينة ورقلة). The current study aims to identify the level of psychological hardness of the nurses working in the hospital institution (Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Shifa Clinic for Dental Medicine and Surgery) in the state of Ouargrla for the year (2026), and we also seek to find out the differences in the study sample in the level of psychological hardness according to (gender, job, type of work sector), where the study sample consisted of (56) of the workers of Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital and Al-Shifa Clinic for Dental Surgery and Surgery in the state of Ouargla, and they were selected in a simple random way. ‏The results of the study indicated that the level of psychological hardness among the nurses working in the hospital institution is high. ‏There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardness attributed to the gender variant of the nurses working at the hospital institution (Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Shifa Clinic for Dental Medicine and Surgery in Ouargla). ‏There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological rigidity attributable to the function variable (doctor, nurse, administrator, multi-service worker) among the nurses working in the hospital institution (Mohammed Boudiaf Hospital, Al-Shifa Clinic in Ouargla).
