This study aimed to analyze the impact of foreign trade on economic growth during the period (1990-2024), relying on several foreign trade indicators, namely exports, imports, and the exchange rate as independent variables, and GDP as a dependent variable, based on data from the Bank of Algeria. The ARDL (Distributed Lag Self-Alert Model) was used, along with the EViews software. The study reached several conclusions, most notably the existence of a short- and long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables and that foreign trade affects economic growth-
