جــودة الحــياة و تقبل المرض لدى مرضى السيلياك دراسة ميدانية: توقرت

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the level ofquality of life and the degree of disease acceptance among celiac patients .it is an exploratory study conducted in the regions of ourgla and touggourt. Research questions 1/ what is the level of quality of life and diseaseacceptance among celiac patients ? 2/ are there differences in quality of life ande disease acceptance based on variables such as age ,and duration of the illness? leles gender and age. The sample of the study consisted of 35 patients celiac, (09) male and (26) female..to achieve the objectives of the study the reasercheron the descriptive comparative method and used the short world health organization quality of life scale (whoqol-brief). Results revealed a high level of quality of life and by kasm for celiacpatients and no statically significant differences in the quality of life due to the variables of diabetes type,gender and age. هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على مستوى جودة الحياة و تقبل المرض لدى مرضى السيلياك، دراسة إستكشافية بمدينة ورقلة و توقرت و حاولت الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : و معرفة الفروق في جودة الحياة وتقبل المرض بإختلاف السن ، الجنس ، المستوى التعليمي ، مدة المرض . تكونت عينة الدارسة من35مريض ومريضة من المصابين بمرض السيلياك(09) ذكور، و(26) إناث . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المقارن، و الإستعانةبمقياس جودة الحياة المختصرلمنسي وكاظم ، و تقبل المرض لسليمان جريو .و قد قمنا بالتأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس في البيئة الجزائرية ( ورقلة ، توقرت ) . أظهرت نتائج الد ارسةأن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودةالحياة و تقبل المرض تبعا لمتغير ، والجنس، والسن، المستوى التعليمي، مدة المرض.
