المنشورات المجهولة في المجموعات الطلابية على فيسبوك دراسة تحليلية للمضامين وأنماط التفاعل لمجموعة ''كليات جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة المنشورات المجهولة في البيئة الرقمية الطلابية، من خلال إجراء دراسة تحليلية للمضامين وأنماط التفاعل عبر المجموعات الطلابية على شبكة فيسبوكبالتطبيق على مجموعة كليات "جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة". وقد انطلقت الدراسة من طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما طبيعة المضامين التي تتناولها المنشورات المجهولة في مجموعات كليات جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة على فيسبوك؟ وما أبرز أنماط التفاعل المرتبطة بها داخل هذا الفضاء الرقمي الطلابي؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام تحليل المضمون كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتصنيفها، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة تحليلية تكونت من (3 3) منشوراً مجهول الهوية مع التفاعلات والتعليقات المرتبطة بها عبر المجموعة الفيسبوكية المستهدفة حيث تمت دراسة هذه العينة في شهر ماي لسنة 2026. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج الهامة، أبرزها: غلبت القضايا التعليمية والبيداغوجية على طبيعة المضامين، تليها الموضوعات الاجتماعية والعاطفية، مع حضور ملحوظ للشكاوى والانتقادات. كما أن أغلب حظيت المنشورات المجهولة بتفاعل متوسط إلى مرتفع مما ينفي فكرة أن المجهولية تقلل من الاهتمام. كما طغى الدعم والمساندة كأبرز نمط تفاعل يليه السخرية والتهكم، مما يكشف عن ازدواجية السلوك في الفضاءات المجهولة. بينما أغلب القيم السائدة كانت التضامن يليه مباشرة السخرية، مع غياب شبه كامل لقيم المسؤولية والتسامح، مما يؤثر على جودة النقاش. بينما كان المناخ العام إيجابي اتجاهالتفاعلات أكثر من الاتجاه السلبي This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of anonymous posts within the student digital environment through a content analysis of post contents and interaction patterns in student Facebook groups, applied to the colleges’ group of KasdiMerbah University Ouargla. The study was guided by the following main research question : What is the nature of the contents addressed in anonymous posts within the Facebook groups of KasdiMerbah University Ouargla colleges, and what are the most prominent interaction patterns associated with them within this student digital space? To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its research questions, the study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, using content analysis as the main tool for data collection and classification. The analytical sample consisted of (33) anonymous posts, along with their related interactions and comments within the targeted Facebook groupThis sample was studied in May 2026. The study reached several significant findings. Educational and pedagogical issues dominated the nature of the published contents, followed by social and emotional topics, with a noticeable presence of complaints and criticism. The results also revealed that most anonymous posts received moderate to high levels of interaction, which challenges the assumption that anonymity reduces audience engagement. Support and solidarity emerged as the most dominant interaction pattern, followed by sarcasm and mockery, reflecting the duality of behavior within anonymous digital spaces. Furthermore, solidarity was identified as the prevailing social value, immediately followed by sarcasm, while values such as responsibility and tolerance were almost absent, negatively affecting the quality of discussion. In general, the overall interaction climate tended to be more positive than negative.
