Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التكنولوجيا المالية على الأداء المالي لشركات التأمين، من خلال دراسة حالة شركة التأمين SAA بورقلة، مع التركيز على دور التقنيات المالية في تحسين الكفاءة، تقليل التكاليف، ورفع الأداء المالي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي بالاعتماد على بيانات شركة SAA بورقلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تساهم إيجابياً في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركات التأمين من خلال تسريع الإجراءات وتحسين جودة الخدمات وتقليل التكاليف، كما تبين أن الشركة بدأت في تبني بعض الحلول الرقمية، لكن مستوى التحول الرقمي ما يزال متوسطاً ويواجه عدة تحديات أبرزها ضعف البنية التحتية ونقص التكوين

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial technology on the financial performance of insurance companies through a case study of SAA Insurance Company in Ouargla, with a focus on the role of financial technologies in improving Efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing financial performance. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach in the theoretical aspect and the case study approach in the applied aspect, relying on the data of SAA Insurance Company in Ouargla. The study concluded that financial technology contributes positively to improving the financial performance of insurance companies by accelerating procedures, improving service quality, and reducing costs. It was also found that the company has begun adopting some digital solutions ; however, the level of digital transformation remains moderate and faces several challenges, most notably weak infrastructure and lack of training
