أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط الموارد المؤسسة ERP على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة دراسة حالة نظام أنظمة وتطبيقات ومنتجات في معالجة البيانات (SAP)" دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) ، وبالأخص نظام SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) ، على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات من خلال تحسين كفاءة التسيير وتوفير معلومات مالية دقيقة تدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار. أُنجزت الدراسة خلال الفترة الممتدة من فيفري 2026 إلى أفريل 2026، واعتمدت على توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 30 عاملاً بالمؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب (ENAFOR). وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق نظام SAP على الأداء المالي، حيث ساهم في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء المالي ورفع جودة المعلومات المحاسبية، إضافة إلى دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة.This study aims to highlight the impact of implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing), on financial performance through improving management efficiency and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making. The study was conducted from February 2026 to April 2026 and was based on a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 employees at the National Drilling Company (ENAFOR). The results showed a positive impact of SAP implementation on financial performance by improving financial performance indicators, enhancing accounting information quality, and supporting decision-making.
