أثر التحول الرقمي على تحسين كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية دراسة حالة بالمديرية الجهوية للإنتاج حوض بركاوي سوناطراك-ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التحول الرقمي على تحسين كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية من خلال الدراسة الميدانية بالمديرية الجهوية للإنتاج حوض بركاوي سوناطراك ورقلة، من وجهة نظر الافراد العاملين بها، وبغرض تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،بحيث قمنا باستخدام استبيان من اجل جمع البيانات من افراد عينة الدراسة حيث تم توزيع على عينة عشوائية بلغ حجمها 40فردا، حيث تم توزيع 40 استبيان واسترجاع 34 استبيان صالح للتحليل ، وقد تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي Spss . أظهرت النتائج انه توجد علاقة ارتباط قوية بين التحول الرقمي وكفاءة العمليات اللوجستية (0,683) بالمديرية الجهوية للإنتاج حوض بركاوي سوناطراك ورقلة، كما أظهرت القدرة التفسيرية 46,6% وهي نسبة مقبولة، كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية مما يعكس نجاح المؤسسة في دمج أنظمة التحول الرقمي ضمن العمليات اللوجستية.

This study amis to identify the impact of digital transformation on improving the efficiency of logistics operations through a field study at the Regional Directorate of Production of the Sonatrach-Ouargla Basin, from the point of view of the individuals working there. In order to achieve the desired objectives, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as we used a questionnaire to collect data from the individuals of the study sample, which was distributed to a random sample of 40 individuals 40 questionnaires were distributed and 34 questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved. The data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical program SPSS. The results showed that there is a strong correlation between digital transformation and the efficiency of logistics operations (0.683) at the Regional Directorate of Production of the Berkawi Basin, Sonatrach and Ouargla, and the explanatory capacity showed 46.6%, which is an acceptable percentage The study also showed no statistically significant differences attributed to personal and job variables, reflecting the organization's success in integrating digital transformation systems into logistics operations
