Abstract: Cette études ce fait pour l'identification et isolement des champignons sur les dattes après récoltes dans des magasins traditionnels, dans la région des Ouargla qui cause des infection sur les dattes .pour les cultivars suivent :Ghars , Deglet Nour , Litima, Deglet Beida,Takermoust Et on a trouver les résultas suivent 6 éspeces appartiennent a 4 genres et avec les levures sur les fruits qui accompagnes sont : Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergilus ochraceus, Penicillium expansum, Fusarium sp, Géotrichum rosemiu. Dan note étude on a baser sur les deux champignons qui sont les plus apparut dans les dattes sont : Aspergillus niger, Fusarium à par l’étude la répétition des pourcentages des champignons sur les dattes pour chaque .
Conducted this study to isolate and identified fungi associated with palm trees after harvest in traditional stores in the region of Ouargla, which caused the rot dates The study included the following types of dates: Ghars , Deglet Nour , Litima, Deglet Beida,Takermoust The results showed all there are 6 genus of including 6 species as well as yeasts on the dates associated with them: Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger,Aspergilus ochraceus, Penicillium expansum, Fusarium sp, Géotr ichum rosemium , Aspergillus niger The study focused on identifying types of fungi on fruit higher prevalent are: Aspergillus niger , Fusarium Study the percentage of recurrence of fungi on fruit associated with each category results showed the existence of certain differences between the species recorded as the percentage of recurrence of fungi on various items between 15% and 28.49% Aspergillus niger , Fusarium have highest frequency on all varieties According to the study, some types of fungi are not repeated in all varieties or focus on one variety only, and this is due to the moisture content of different fruits and this allows the diversity and increase of fungi in the environment
