Essaie de quelque méthodes d’échantillonnages des invertébrés dans les régions sahariennes

Abstract

La présente étude est réalisée dans la région du Souf (El-Oued). Qui est située dans le sud-est Algérien (33° à 34° N. ; 6° à 8° E.) Cette région appartient à l’étage bioclimatique Saharien à hiver doux (2002-2012). Grâce à trois techniques d’échantillonnages (pots Barber, filet fauchoir, piège jaune) appliquées dans trois stations au Souf (Chelbi, Achour et Fethiza.), 186 espèces d’arthropodes sont recensées, réparties en 3 classes, 16 ordres et 82 familles. Il est à remarquer que les insectes sont les plus enregistrés dans les trois stations d'études. C’est grâce à la méthode des pièges jaunes que le plus grand nombre d’arthropodes est recensé (104 espèces) notamment Aphis fabae (F.c.% = 23,24%). Suivie par la méthode des pots Barber (97 espèces) avec dominance de Pheidole sp. 2 (F.c. % = 24,26%). C’est la méthode du filet fauchoir qui offre le moins d’espèces (59 espèces). L'espèce la plus capturées par cette méthode est Vispoidae sp.1 ind. (F.c.% = 29,49%).
