From the study we carried out on multi-nutritious blocs and the assessment of their nutritious value, we have reached the estimation that for the chemical composition, the entirety of the blocs are lightly variable in matters of DS (Dry Substances), ranging from 88.175% for bloc 6 to 98.135% pour bloc 1. They are poor in MAT, not exceed 12.56% for the MS (Mineral Substances) and the OS (Organic Substances) whereas they are more or less elevated to 31.61% for the MS (bloc 1) and 58.72% of OM (bloc 6). However, for the CB they are poor, not exceeding 8.30%. As far as Energetic Values are concerned, variable results have been recorded, ranging from 0.65 UFL/kg of DS for bloc 3 to 0.91UFL/Kg of DS for bloc 5 and 0.52 UFV/kg of SM for bloc 3 to 0.91 UFV/Kg of SM for bloc 5. As a result, blocs with 75% of dates are the most energy-giving ones. For Nitrogenous Substances we have recorded only blocs with 75% of dates scraps, which have the most important values in PDIA, MOF, PDIMN, PDIME, PDIN, PDIE, and MAD and notably, bloc 5. Finally, we can deduce that the most nutritious blocs are those which contain 75% of date scraps.-
