La place d’un système ingénieux (ghout) dans la nouvelle dynamique agricole -Cas de la région du Souf-

Abstract

Our study aims to situate the place of the ingenious system in the new agricultural dynamic. Our Analysis have permitted to say that the ghout system is characterized by a regrouping family exploitations of small seize, it is a self-sufficiency system. He also characterized by the use of traditional techniques of production and a secular local know-how. In spite of the constraints which fact face the farmer in the ghout particularly the rise of the phreatic slick water, this last keep a durable system, le ghout is a symbol of souf and labor of men’s. In parallel, the new system resulted of A.P.F.A put a new life into the farming sector, thanks to the local actors who are very attached to farming. The new exploitations have a big seize and characterized specifically by the apple of land under pivot. They require powerful means of production, a high technicality, control of techniques, management and a qualified hand-labor. Nevertheless this system represent of the apple of land is confronted big technical problems that impose a reorientation to the date palm to insure the future.
