The development is an important operation in which we can preserve and improve the situation Heritage palm. As part of this work, we studied the situation of development perimeters in the region of Ouedr Righ. The study's main objective is to assess the dynamics of development in this region through its constraints and limitations, and try to highlight the problems posed. Also, assess their impact on the development of the agricultural stores, and propose solutions to improve the situation prevailing in the agricultural stores. Our study showed that there were no differences between traditional stores and those of development, due to various constraints, characterizing these stores.
