Impact Du Programme De Développement Rural Sur L′Agriculture Dans La Wilaya De Ouargla (Cas Des Localités D’Ain Moussa Et Ghamra)

Abstract

Dans l’objectif de l’évaluation de l’impact de la stratégie du développement rural durable sur le secteur agricole de la wilaya de Ouargla nous avons opté pour les deux localités de Ain Moussa (Sidi Khuilled) et Ghamra (Meggarine). Suite à une synthèse bibliographique et des enquêtes auprès des acteurs directement et indirectement responsables du développement du milieu rural notamment les agriculteurs il ressort que l’impact de cette stratégie reste encore très modeste. Le manque de participation des populations rurales, l’absence du rôle de facilitateur et d’animateur et l’insuffisance de l’enveloppe budgétaire restent les principales contraintes qu’il est nécessaire de relever pour aboutir à une véritable stratégie du développement rural durable

In the objective of the evaluation of the impact of the strategy of sustainable rural development on the agricultural sector of the wilaya of Ouargla we opted for the two communities of Ain Moussa (Sidi Khuilled) and Ghamra (Meggarine). Following a bibliographical summary and surveys to the actors directly and indirectly responsible for the development of rural areas particularly farmers it appears that the impact of this strategy is still very modest.
