Contribution à l'étude des condition écolgiques liées à la transmission des Leishmanioses dans la wilaya de Ouargla

Abstract

Les données épidémiologique relatives à la leishmaniose dans la wilaya de Ouargla montrent que la maladie évolue significativement (R=0,64), avec 98% du total des zoonoses pourl’année2005àOuarglaet64,7%dutotaldescasdeleishmaniosedanslacommuned’El Hadjira. L’analyse des condition sécologiques detransmission de la maladie arévéléla nécessité des éléments du cycle de transmission, à savoir le Parasite (Leishmania major Mon- 25), réservoirs (Psammomys obessus et Meriones shawi) et vecteur (Phlebotomus Papatasi). Les conditions environnementales et socio-économiques précaires de la région, ainsi que les conditions climatiques (température moyenne ethumidité)contribuent à l’évolution de la maladie

The data epidemiologic relating to the leishmaniasis in the wilaya of Ouargla show that the disease develops significantly (R=0,64), with 98% of the total of the zoonoses for the year 2005 in Ouargla and 64,7% of the total cases of leishmaniaisis in the commune of El Hadjira. The analysis of the ecological conditions of transmission of the disease revealed the need for the elements of the cycle of transmission, namely the Parasite (Leishmania major My-25), reservoir (Psammomys obessus and Meriones shawi) and vector (Phlebotomus Papatasi). The conditions environmental and socio-economic precarious of the area, as well as the climatic conditions (average temperature and moisture) contribute to the evolution of the disease.
