Conduite de l’élevage bovin laitier dan la région de Ghardaïa

Abstract

La conduite de l’élevage bovin laitier dans la région de Ghardaïa (cas de ferme d’El-Atteuf) La présente étude dont l’objectif principal est la situation technique de l’élevage bovin laitière dans la région de Ghardaïa. Le travail mené a concernée le suivit et les observations grâce à une enquêtée au niveau d’une exploitation de la commun de El-Atteuf qui comprend 132 vaches laitières. Cette étude nous a révélé que les rations distribués par l’éleveur aux vaches laitière sont généralement riches en concentrée d’ou. La reproduction est bien maitrisée à cause de l’amélioration des paramètres de reproduction car l’éleveur a regroupé les chaleurs et procédé à l’insémination artificielle. Le taux de fertilité est acceptable (85.71%) avec un taux de mortalité faible (6.66%), Dans cette ferme, l’état sanitaire des animaux est satisfaisant grâce aux visites périodiques du vétérinaire. La production laitière écoulée dans la région est substantielle avec une production laitière journalière du cheptel de 1200 l/ jours (20 à 35 L/ vache/ jour) pour un effectif de 57 têtes. A la lumière de ces résultats on peut dire que les techniques d’élevages dans la région d’étude sont relativement bien maitrisées sauf l’alimentation qui présente toujours un gaspillage

The present study whose principal objective is the situation technical of the breeding bovine dairy in the area of Ghardaïa. The work concerned followed it and the observations , enquiry to one surveyed to the level of an exploitation of the dairy of El-Atteuf which includes132 milch cows. This study revealed us that the rations distributed by the breeder to the milch cows generally rich in are concentrated or .The reproduction is well maitrisé because of the improvement of the parameters of reproduction because the breeder gathered heats and process with the artificial insemination. The fertility rate is acceptable (85.71%) with a low death rate (6.66%), In this farm, the medical state of the animals is satisfactory thanks to the periodic visits of the veterinary surgeon. The dairy production past in the area is substantial with a dairy production day laborer of the livestock of 12000L/days (20 to 35 L/cow/day) for a manpower of 57 heads. In the light of these results one can say that the techniques of breedings in the area of study are relatively well maitrise except the food which always presents a wasting.
