GESTION DES POTENTIALITES HYDRIQUES EN REGIONS SAHARIENNES

Abstract

The hydric potentialities constitute an essential element and condition every possibility in saharian zones. The non-recisoned exploitation and the bad management of water ressources mobilized in these regions knew a certain evolution during the last decade, but mistakes were observed and deceiving results were recorded. All this, inspite of the in herent national political orientations for the development of the algerien south. They mark the necessity to push the local socio-economic development in south. They equally stress on rationel exploitation and management of hydric mobilized ressources. This approach should accord the priority to put in to place the best technical, economic, social and ecological conditions of the omployed programmes the present work aims at limiting and locating the principal constraints posed on the plan of water resources, through their exploitation, management, and appreciate their consequences at the development level in saharian regions. All this should be mentioned in an optimization perspective, valorization and of permanent development of water resources by the application of technical and management methods appropriate for a better development in saharian regions.
