OPPORTUNITES ET CHALLENGES DE LA PROMOTION DES ENERGIES RENOUVELABLES EN ALGERIE

Abstract

The economical development of any country cannot depend solely on one type of energy resource, like the case of Algeria with energy fossils. These cannot be exploited for a long time. Therefore, our country must diversify its energetic bouquet by developing renewable energies especially solar and wind. For this purpose, several laws and financial means have been established in this sense, nevertheless, are these engagements sufficient to reach our aim if we do not associate seriously the human resources. That is where the whole problematic is.
