dc.description.abstract | About energetic aspect, hydrogen has some advantages concerning its physico-chemical characteristics. It is a very light gas with high calorific capacity. It is odorless, colorless, non-polluant. The hydrogen as fuel is the most promising universal energy which its uses will have wide spread in the future. In this work we present the production of hydrogen by solar water electrolysis. Photovoltaic system is used to produce hydrogen by water electrolysis using an alkaline electrolyzer with NaOH as an electrolyte. This experiment is realized in Ouargla city (south of Algeria). The results show the important role of solar radiation, temperature, and concentration as parameters of solar hydrogen production. The whole system shows a sustainable production from unlimited source and an environmental process. | en_US |
