Abstract

In our research, we discover that the relationship between language and phrases legitimate reason, and how significant those words to reveal the reason of the texts of Quran and sounnah, and scientists are showing significant interest in assets in this subject, and this stipulation was right when he called for appropriation by a researcher of the language and to take hold of right and legitimate interest in the domain of this research reveals the extent of the relationship and the close link between the sciences of religion and linguistics and jurisprudence in the area of forensic inference.
