Abstract: The present study aim at identifying the level of the psychological burnout among primary teachers in Ouargla school season 2012/2013 .And see if there are differences in the level of combustion due to the variables, sex, and administrative classification, and professional experience. For the purpose of gathering information. Researcher prepared form consists of four dimensions, namely- After physical stress, and lack of self-esteem, and after dissatisfaction with the profession, and after a lack of motivation. The sample consisted of (314) at (114) teachers and (200) parameter. Posed the following questions . 1- What level of burnout elementary teachers? The fork this question sub-questions are . a- Are there significant differences in the level of burnout elementary teachers due to gender ? b- Are there significant differences in the level of burnout in teachers primary attributable to the classification? c- Are there significant differences in the level of burnout elementary teachers due to professional experience (less than 10 years, is greater or equal to 10 years)?) And reached the following conclusions:- * And a high level of psychological combustion majority of the sample. *There is no statistically significant differences due to sex, or administrative classification, or professional experience and the study concluded, some of the proposals. *burnout. * Primary teachers
