Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the reality of school climate prevailing in educational institutions, and its relationship to both the variable age, sex, specialty, experience, level of education, and so out of the following questions:- What is the nature of school climate prevailing in the educational institutions from the point of view of teachers and teachers working in it?.- Are there any statistically significant differences between the mean assessment of professors and teachers working for school climate prevailing variable depending on age, sex, level of education, specialty, years of experience?.The study was conducted on a sample composed of 88 professors and teachers at the level of state Chlef, were randomly selected, and to achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive approach, as it relied on a questionnaire school climate prevailing Prepared by: Mohamed Abdel Mohsen Illab Otaibi, was addressing the study data Using statistical package for social sciences, and can summarize the most important findings to the study of the results are as follows : - As to the nature school climate prevailing in educational institutions, has been assessing professors and teachers negatively through their answers not to approve that formed the largest proportion of all dimensions, including dimension of school administration, dimensions human relations, dimensions potential school and equipment, dimensions systems and labor regulations. - The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the mean assessment of professors and teachers working for the prevailing climate of school dependingSex, educational level, specialization. While the results showed statistically significant differences between the mean assessment of professors and teachers working for school climate prevailing variable depending on age, and years of experience. The results were discussed in the light characteristics of the study sample, as well as previous studies.
