Abstract:	The Region of Oued Righ undergoes several difficulties, mainly those linked to the rising water table. This problem resulted from the effects of environmental degradation hydro-edaphic. This study aims to assess the current situation of rising groundwater and problems. The results show a strong degradation of hydro-edaphic environmental due to rising ground water in the valley of Oued Righ. This situation calls for hydro-agricultural facilities appropriate, associated with good management of water resources for sustainable development of the valley.
