dc.description.abstract | The proline biochemical marker of resisting and sensibility of plants to the abiotic stress, is analysed from apexes and basis leaves of two Atriplex species; Atriplex halimus L. and Atriplex canescens (Pursh) Nutt are stressed to 400 and 600 meq.l-1 of NaCl+ CaCl2 and at 50% and 100% of sea water. The obtained results show the variability of the accumulation of proline according to the level of foliage, the nature and the intensity of the salts treatment. The accumulation of the proline more in apexes leaves of Atriplex halimus L. with the two natures of salts and in basis leaves of Atriplex canescens under treatment to the combined salts (NaCl+ CaCl2) and the sea water diluted at 50%. At 100% of sea water the proline distributes himself in an identical manner in two parts foliages. | en_US |
