Abstract: | This study focuses on the study of the effect of the cholinesterase toxicity and some physiological parameters among male and female individuals of Schistocerca gregaria raised in the laboratory and exposed to a dose of 50 EC Malatox. The heart rate is a significant drop after one hour of treatment. The court time of mortality was noted in males and females treated with dose of 8g Malatox EC50 / l. Inhibition of acetylcholinesterase seems more important to the dose 8g Malatox EC 50 / l with 6,24 ± 8,00 nanomoles / ml / min for male individuals and 5,56 ± 4,91 nanomoles / ml / min for females. The protein levels fall with increasing dose over time. However the treatments of the individuals female and male in a fixed dose of 2g Malatox EC 50 / l and in various temperatures 18°C and 36°C, entrained a more important decrease of the heart rhythm at the individuals female and male treaties in the temperature 36°C. The time of mortality is more court at the individuals treated in the fixed dose 2g Malatox EC 50 / l, in 36°C. The inhibition of acetylcholinesterase, is more marked at the temperature 18 ° C, 21,69 ± 5,66 nanomoles / min / ml in females and 30,32 ± 3,94 nanomoles / min / ml in males . The protein levels after treatment Malatox EC50 to 2g Malatox EC 50 / l, at different temperatures are less important at 18 °C. |
