Abstract

This study focuses on examining the level of psychological stress when a sample of health care workers of the institution of the public hospital Ouargla (doctors, nurses, anesthetic agents). using a measure of psychological pressure and after a statistical analysis of the results of the study using a statistical system (SPSS v. 17) study results that the workers of the study sample of health sector suffer from a high level of psychological stress and there are no differences in the level of psychological stress in different professional experiences and sex .
