Abstract

Sonelgaz is among the first institutions that have launched in the application tests to candida selections for recruitment, but the problem of the extent of the resources and tools is closely related dimension of psychological, social and cultural, why we studied the local, and which derives its importance from being a concrete results from the environment of Algeria, the use of local standards is important for all the science and applied research.
