Abstract

With this study, we try to focus on how person live in poor quarters with daily misery, bad nutrition, bad dwelling, pollution… etc And how these circumstances make bad effects on the physiological and psychological health of persons. We try by this study to give some suggestions to cure this phenomenon which in creased in poor quarters of biskra city.
