dc.description.abstractThe present study aimed to know the reality of the work inspector of primary education , the most important obstacles encountered during the performance of his duties , in the city of Ouargla Algeria to school season 2013/2014 which included a study population of all inspectors of the provincial educational mandate , and who numbered (30) inspectors , has the researcher in the form of open information gathering , also adopted a descriptive approach to exploratory appropriateness subject of the study , and were among the key findings of the study is . The dominant role of the Inspector is on administrative work at the time stipulated by the laws on the functions of the Inspector pedagogical primarily, as the study found that most of the obstacles are administrative obstacles.
