Abstract

The saharan oases have always played and still play an essential role in the socio-economic and ecological plans. They presente an interest for the development of the Saharan regions, notably through a rational and judicious use of water resources it needs. But despite these advantages, they remain confronttées several difficulties hindering their development, particularly the impact of water management. For this, it is necessary to implement a program of rehabilitation and development of these oases, through the implementation of concrete actions, allowing them to play their full role as part of agronomy Saharan Africa in particular and development of the saharan regions in general.
