Abstract

The Movements of of civil society Has been able to destabilize the Arab political systems; which considered itself eternal for periods of time especially after the failure of violent movements in dropping it down in previous years such as the political Islamic groups . the most prominent of these dynamics ,” the foundation of facebook” and the counterpart of new communication applications;which was a mean used by the Arab youth, specifically in his struggle against the obsolete political systems.
