dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between the professional competence of teachers and motivation toward learning among students, as applied to the sample 168 professor and 175 pupils were taken randomly from simple some averages Municipality Ouargla and following the descriptive approach and the use of tools first questionnaire to measure the adequacy of professional of professors and the second test to measure motivation towards learning among students, and after making sure their properties after psychometric and statistical analysis has been reached there is no relationship between the two variables, as it is not affected by Bmngara sex and educational level.en_US
