Abstract

In the educational institution, the teacher doesn’t interact only with his pupils, colleagues, or superior. He has also to be in contact with pupils’ parents. This reality imposes the obligation of communication, in the aim of making social relationships between the educational communication members, so, the study starts from the questions: Is the parents contact with the educational institutions, a defensive contact? And what are the problems affecting the communication between the teachers and the parents?.
