The evaluation from the concentrate in the ration food for dairy cows and its influence on the dairy cattle farms in the Ouargla region was studied in 05 farms totaling a staff of 127 cattle including 50 cows heads majority of dairy Holstein and Montbéliard. It appears from this study that the milk yield that averages 3523 liters / cow / yr relatively low compared to what is obtained by these breeds in their countries of origin. Thus, feeding cows is strongly tributary inflows concentrated. This concentrate is not used in a rational manner which increases the food costs (over 87% of charges total food). These results show the current trends dairy cattle in the study area, based mainly on the conversion of uranium intoanimal protein due to weak areas reserved for fodder crops. Consequently there has been wastage rates energy; we can say that farmers have tend to give what they have and not what is needed.en_US
