dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the principal determinants of the academic success basing on the socio-psychological introduction by using the recent studies in this field. The results show that there are four determinants of success : the subjective determinants : the intelligence and the mental abilities, the social determinants : the economic and the cultural background of the family, the educational determinants which deal with the teacher, the curriculum and the scholar climate. Finally, the values determinants. We can say that the study expresses recommendations to the pupil, the family and to the educational policy makers in order to get benefiting and having more chances of success in future.en_US
