dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at designing a program guide collective to reduce stress and irrational thoughts and improve the level of life satisfaction for students University of Tabuk, based on rational and emotional therapy techniques. To fulfill the objectives of the research, the experimental method was used: applied on (30) students, their ages: (18-21) years, The researcher used this tools for the study: Measure life situations. Scale irrational thoughts. Measure to improve the level of satisfaction with life 1- Indicative Programme prepared by the researcher. The main results of the study showed the following: - There are effectiveness of the program indicative adopted the techniques of treatment rational emotive in reducing stress and irrational thoughts and improve the level of life satisfaction. - There are extended after the program to after its application two months since there were no statistically significant differences between the application dimensional applications (The Longitudinal approach). In the light of the results, the researcher suggested some recommendations.en_US
