Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and management strategies, organizational conflict have managers educators and the possibility to predict the level of conflict, depending on the level of emotional intelligence of the individual, also aims to test this relationship variables of individual, organizational, and in order to do this studyا descriptive approach as being the most suitable approaches to research topic , and to measure variables of the study we used tools and represented in a questionnaire to measure emotional intelligence, and a questionnaire to measure organizational conflict, has represented a sample search managers education institutions Mediterranean, where as much as the total number of respondents (b 73) / The study found the following results: - The level of the study sample in emotional intelligence was between two middle-and high and the majority of the sample was level average, and skills most readily available to managers is a skill management agitation, organization emotions, social skills and skill of empathy and knowledge emotional, but the strategy most commonly used by managers averages is a strategy of cooperation, conciliation, appeasement, then competition avoidance. - There is a relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and organizational conflict management strategies in the two strategic cooperation and conciliation, as united that it can predict by the level of emotional intelligence of managers in all of the strategy of cooperation and conciliation
