Abstract

The study investigated possible differences in professional stress levels between the WomenTeachers and women orderlies in oran State. The researcher applied the descriptive method in carrying out this study. Simple random selection method was applied in selecting (200) workwoman married, of whom 100 were WomenTeachers, 100 women orderlies. The tools of data collection consist of professional stresses scale. A test was carried out to check validity and reliability of theQuestionnaire. The results of the study revealed statistically significant differences in professional stress levels between the WomenTeachers and women orderlies in favor of vis-à-vis WomenTeachers. Results were discussed based on the previous researching.
