dc.description.abstract | This study aims to shed light on corporate governance and its benefits. It tries to show its contribution in improving the financial performance of the Algerian firms through the case of NCA Rouiba in Algeria. The study found that the governance contributes to the improvement and development of financial performance in the firm through: increasing external funding opportunities, increasing its value, reducing the risk of financial crises and improving the relationship with all interested parties. For the case of NCA Rouiba, it is clear that transparency has an important role in attracting capital, also communication between family members and conflicts management are the most important factors of its success. | en_US |
