Adoucissement Des Eaux Géothermales De L’oued R'hir. Etude Comparative De Deux Types De Chaux (Cao Et Ca (Oh) 2 )

Abstract

Parmi les problèmes causés par la dureté (112,08°F) et la température élevée (60°C) de l’eau de l’Albien au sud Algérien, on cit e le phénomène d’entartrage, causé par les précipitations en grandes quantités formées dans les conduites d’eau ainsi que dans les tours de refroidissement. Face à ce problème, nous nous sommes intéressés à établir un traitement qui nous mène à réduire la dureté de l’eau de sidi mahdi, a fin de nous donner une solution adéquate qui tient en compte l’aspect économique et l'absence des effets néfastes. Le procédé comprend une étude comparative de traitement par l'oxyde de calcium et hydroxyde de calcium.

Among the problems caused by the hardness (112,08°F ) and the high temperature (60°C) of the water of underground wate r in Algerian south, we can mention the phenomenon of furring by the precipitations big quantities formed in the water pipes as well as in the cooling towers. To cope with this problem, we were interested to carry out a treatment leading to reduce the toughness of the water of sidi Mahdi, and to provide an adequate solution taking into account the economic aspect. The process involues a comparative study of the treatment with calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide.
