Abstract: The study aims at knowing the classroom management problems at Hebron district secondary schools as perceived by teachers. It also tends to trace the variety classroom management problems due to study variables (gender, years of experience, qualification, directorates of education). The researcher adopted the descriptive approach and designed a five Likert scale questionnaire to collect data. Cronbach Alpha was used to test reliability (0.86), and it was validated in accordance with the educational ways. Population of the study consists of all teachers in the three directorates of education at Hebron districts with a total number of 1860 from both male and female teachers. A 5% percent sample was chosen randomly. Results showed that classroom management problems in the secondary schools were moderate with a mean of 3.20. Results also showed no statistically significant differences in sample’s responses attributed to gender, years of experience, qualification, directorates of education.
