Abstract

The estate is one of a paramount importance in the economic and social life, that why the ownership is the aim other maghribin states endeavor to regulate the estate ownership seeing its Importance in the external show of the city and in order to control its transfer.

The majority of estates are not abiding by the standards and decryption and necessary papers aiming at protect it and its transfer, that why the legislator has intervened to create several texts among these mechanisms we find the purification operation, throught it the state can regulate the situation of some anarchical buildings which are responding to the conditions stipulated in the law of 15-08 relating to the conformity of buildings.

We will tackle in this paper the question of buildings conformity.
