dc.description.abstractThe relationship between the government and parliament is based on cooperation and balance according to the concept of separation of powers . As the parliament represents the will of the people which justifies that held his legislative jurisdiction ,hence it was necessary to recognize the means of control of parliament . As long as the founder of the Algerian constitutional after constitutional amendment 28 November 1996 adopted a system of two chambers which is the basis of parliament . We will focus in this research on the most important means of parliamentary control in Algerian regime which represented by asking questions, interrogation and investigation .en_US
