Abstract

Constitutional review aimed at any country to provide legal mechanisms to ensure that reform of the constitutional and political system and resolving crises and the continuation of the rule of law, and these tools vary depending on the type of constitution review whether rigid or flexible. And so it is not edited depends on the whims of political majorities, making each of the founding constitutional Algerian and Moroccan exercise this power of common jurisdiction for both the legislative and executive branches, but the accuracy of the founding organization's constitutional procedures for the exercise of this authority has a big role in the activation of exercise.
