Abstract

Married couple treason is absolutely one of the dangerous moral crimes breaking the family system, because it leads to dissociate the arab maghreb family whereas the victim generally requests the divorce. The purpose of this paper is to determine the difference and convergence dimension between great Maghreb states penal laws, especially if we know that the constitutions of these states provide their unity.
