And the main question, what are the solutions proposed policies by these countries to fight against these heavy phenomena or to reduce their impact and influence in the medium and long term because they are related to the security of the host country European "France, Spain, Italy, Portugal" who have a direct link with the importer of illegal immigrants or as transit countries such as "Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, and the country Black Africa" This article attempts to answer these central questions which are linked to the security of the North and the stability of systems, policies in the South.en_US
